Comments are functional

The comment feature has just been implemented. To make the site safter, I am stripping/converting any characters that could have harmful effects. Double quotes, single quotes, greater-than's, and less-than's, to name a few, are converted to their ASCII values. Have fun, and please be nice. ;)
