Genuises Working at Wendy's

This past weekend, I was in York for my cousin's first communion. One of the nights, we stopped at Wendy's for some food. As I was waiting for my food to be prepared, I noticed bins with applications in them. I pulled one out and started reading it and became rather intrigued. Why, you ask? Look at the zoomed image, where I highlighted the odd parts.
First of all, who is working at Wendy's when they have a graduate degree? Seriously? You go through all of that schooling, pay all of that money, and work at Wendy's? Second, I could not believe there was a column asking if you graduated or not. You actually have to check "Yes" or "No." I mean, it's obvious by the way that I get cheese on my hamburgers that Wendy's still hires people when they check "No" for any of those. So why even have it there?
Opinions?

Conrad says...
I am pursuing my Masters just to make your Frosty. I would venture to say that I know people with graduate degrees that could not make a hamburger if you laid the pieces out in front of them.
