It's Made of What?

Mrs. Goose says...
I hear I have been requested to post a comment on this highly controversial topic. All I can say is Kevin, you need to do your research first before bringing up topics that are completely out of your realm of knowledge. Let me first describe a tampon to you! A tampon consists of an outer shell known as the applicator and super absorbency innards tied to a string. For centuries, this highly complicated product's applicator has been made out of cardboard. Cardboard is biodegradable as you know and more eco-friendly. In recent years plastic applicators have come on board to give women a smooth rounded tip and comfortable insertion. So, Tampax announcing this new product is just a marketing gimmick! They are attempting to bring cardboard back in style and knock out the plastic lovers. Hope that helps you in this new found fetish!
